If you're interested in taking a small farm-based cheesemaking class on 12 Jan., Meadowwood Farm has its signup sheet out at their self-serve farm stand in Enumclaw. That's about a 40-min. drive from Seattle, and the cost is $75.

Krk and I learned introductory cheesemaking at
Cook's World ('round the back side of U Village). It doesn't look like they have one scheduled in Jan. or Feb., though.
